We are pleased to announce that we have confirmed seats for the
2009 PRCA NATIONAL FINALS RODEO in Las Vegas, Nevada. We have tickets available for all performances, which will only be offered as part of a complete package including:
 
rodeo tickets
hotel accomodations
hotel tax
roundtrip airfare
 

Rodeo tickets are sold with packages and will not be sold separately until after November 15th.   

Every year the final performance sells out in record time, so it is necessary that you reserve your package early! Packages are on a first come first serve basis. If the performance you desire is sold out, you will automatically be wait–listed.

 Seat assignments for the rodeo will be sent with your fare quote.

Sections for you to request are as follows:

204, 205, 206, 209, 211, 214, 222, 224, 225, 226, 227, 228, 229, 230, or 232.

Registration forms must be filled out completely and accompanied with $200.00 per person refundable deposit. You may use a credit card for deposit. 

Please use the
credit card authorization form. Fill it out, sign and return with original signature.

***Faxes or emailed copies of credit card authorization will not be accepted.***

Use one registration form per room. Photocopy the registration form as needed.

After receiving your registration form and deposit, a fare quote will prepared based on the information provided. Your quote may not be sent until July or August, depending on contracts and to ensure the lowest price available. If possible, we will be utilizing email and fax to send your quote; otherwise we will send it regular mail. If you have a email address, please make sure you note it on your registration for further NFR information. Because of time restrictions you will have 2-7 days from receipt to accept, decline, or request a refund on your deposit.  Please make note of the deposit due date.
