We are pleased to announce that we are now selling packages to the
2012 PRCA NATIONAL FINALS RODEO in Las Vegas, Nevada.
We will offer these as part of complete packages only.
Rodeo ticket restrictions will apply.  

Every year the final performance sells out in record time, so it is necessary that you reserve your package early! Packages are on a first come first serve basis.

We have been sending clients to the National Finals Rodeo for 25 years and will continue to handle packages to the NFR in the future.

Registration forms must be filled out completely and accompanied with $250.00 per person refundable deposit. You may use a credit card for deposit. Fill it out, sign and returned with original signature. Faxes or emailed copies of credit card authorization will not be accepted. Use one registration form per room. Photocopy the registration form as needed. Email registration forms will go out to the general public February 1.  If you have an email address, please make sure and include it on the registration form.

After receiving your registration form and deposit, a fare quote will prepared based on the information provided and availability. Your quote may not be sent until July or August, depending on contracts. Your deposit holds your rodeo seats which are assigned on a first come first serve basis. If possible, we will be utilizing email and fax to send your quot.  If you have an email address, please make sure you note it on your registration for further NFR information. Because of time restrictions you will have 2-7 days from receipt of quote to accept, decline, or request a refund on your deposit.  Please make note of the deposit due date.

  In order to confirm your request, you must:

  Complete and mail the Registration form
  accompanied by the Travel Insurance form

  Enclose $250.00 per person deposit via
  credit card or check (checks payable to High Plains 
  Rodeo)
   

  Include 2 business cards from your place of  
  business
